I finally got around to writing a review. Olivia was fantastic from the moment I emailed her through our timely drop off after the tour. We took a private tour of the Cathar castles since we only had a few short hours before heading off to our next stop in France. Olivia was very sweet to my mother and my son and made sure that everyone was comfortable throughout the tour. She was very informative and we learned quite a bit about the history. Our whole family was happy to have taken the tour and I will look her up again when we return to France next..which i hope is soon. Highly recommend!

Our two tours with Olivia, the first a morning walk around Carcassonne and the second, an all day tour taking in Cathar castles, medieval villages and wine tasting at a vineyard were excellent. Olivia knows her history and made us feel she was a friend showing us the sights of her region rather than just another tour guide. I would recommend her highly. Alex

I just returned from a five day tour with Olivia Gotti in southwest France : Carcassonne,Canal du Midi, Norbonne, Groissan, the Cather castles, Toulouse, Albi, Lascaux, Rocamadour, and Sarlat; all wonderful places but made even better by the expert guiding and driving of Ms Gotti. She was knowledgable, focused on every detail, enthusiastic, with a delightful personality; in a word : superb! She also added a few fun surprises like a picnic at the beach with lunch from the local market, a wonderful touch.

Based in Toulouse, I booked four days of brilliant tours with Olivia, a great guide, wonderful driver and a lovely person. We embarked on day trips to historic villages throughout the Tarn, Haute-Garonne & Aude regions of France, from beautiful Albi - where I had long wanted to visit the Touloiuse-Lautrec museum to magnificent Cordes Sur Ciel and the Canal du Midi. Hilltop settings, ancient ramparts & towers, learning the fascinating history of Cathar Country: Each day was filled with stunning vistas & medieval architecture. I highly recommend the Vallee de Vere tour of scenic Puicelsi, Bruniquel, Castelnau de Montmiral & St Antonin de Noble Val. We had planned an afternoon of wine tasting but when I woke with an upset stomach, Olivia graciously suggested an alternate plan to visit Carcasonne, a delightful afternoon. On our last day we were touring Mirepoix ~ Olivia kindly accommodated my itinerary by dropping me off at a friend's home in a tiny village. This entire area of France was new to me and I'm hoping to return and explore it further with Tresor Languedoc.

We and another couple asked Olivia to do a tour starting in Toulouse and ending in Avignon 9 days later. She worked with us to plan it all. She met us at the airport and we were in her wonderful hands for nine days. She is a great guide, knowledgeable, honest when she doesn't know something, fluent in English, adaptable, and just plain fun - we were laughing all the time. She drives a large vehicle which was great for us four and our luggage - as we used three hotels during the visit. She is one of the best drivers I've ever ridden with. I can't imagine a better experience.
